According to NTVKenya, they have managed to obtain an exclusive CCTV footage showing moments when Kelvin Otieno was shit 36 times by some unknown assailants.
It has emerged that Kelvin was accosted by two vehicles after touring a local supermarket, the young man was heading back to his one bedroom house when all hell broke loose.
According to eyewitness, the two vehicles blocked Kelvin's way and he took flight on foot trying to run from the scene.
Shockingly, the unknown assailants shot at him, Kelvin went seeking refuge and held on a Mason who escaped as Kelvin fell down.
The rogue killers went to where he lied and pumped more bullets into his body.
In the clip it has emerged that the rogue killers shot him in the eyes too, one of the assailants was even spotted knocking his body to confirm he was completely dead.
It has emerged that Otieno was a close ally of Joseph Ng’endo Njau, who was eyeing the Njiru ward seat on a Jubilee ticket but was killed before the elections.
In 2019, Mr Ng’endo was arrested and found in possession of five kilograms of heroin. He was seized in Westlands, Nairobi, when he fell into a police dragnet shortly after returning from a trip to Kampala, Uganda.
The body of the politician was found in the Kijabe forest alongside that of the “Kasarani three” – Frank Obegi, Elijah Omeke and Moses Nyachae.
