Good News As New COVID-19 Vaccine Works Out Greatly

It is now a staggering eight month from the time the first cases of the infamous novel pandemic was reported in Wuhan. Ever since the pandemic has been spreading at an alarming rate thus raising the utmost concern among doctors, researchers as well as the government. In recent weeks, reports have been circulating that doctors are in the final stages of coming up with a cure and vaccine for the deadly novel pandemic.

Now the world has a reason to rejoice after a new vaccine proves to be effective after being tested. According to publications on both Financial Times as well as the New York Times, a vaccine by the name Johnson and Johnson have worked well during the testing stage.

The test was done in primates so that they can test its robust performance. First, the primate was injected with the vaccine and after a while, the COVID-19 virus was introduced to the body. After receiving a single dose, the six primates ended up showing no trails of the virus in the body.

Johnson and Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine is definitely a breakthrough in the hot pursuit for a vaccine, taking into consideration that the primates are under the same classification as a man. I earlier tests and researches done, it has been revealed that the outcome from the monkey ended up like that of a man.

It has also been reported that will vaccine will still undergo another stage so that it can be fully approved to be used on a man with no side effects.
