The public service commission (PSC) is a body that was established under Article 233(1) of the Constitution of Kenya to deal with human resources in the Kenya civil service. PSC is currently under the leadership of Aisha Jumwa who is the cabinet secretary.

According to the reliable source from the Star newspaper dated Wednesday 18th January 2023, the new study by the public service commission (PSC) reveals that two Kenyan communities namely the Kikuyu and Kalenjins dominate the civil service jobs.
The PSC study audit shows that the Kikuyus are at the top of the table with 52,841 civil servants representing 20.9 percent followed by the Kalenjins who hail from Rift Valley region.

The Kikuyu and Kalenjin communities have been dominating the country since Kenya attained Independence as the five presidents all off them are also from the two communities.
In conclusion, feel free to share your views about the PSC audit that shows only two communities dominating the civil service jobs.
