DP Ruto and some of his UDA party leaders are in Ukambani region where they are carrying out their campaigns for a period of two days.
While in Salama area, DP Ruto has come to the rescue of Kenyan youths who are suffering with the high rates of unemployment after he revealed that the government is the one to provide a solution to this problem.
Wacha kwanza tubadilishe uchumi hawa vijana wetu wengi hawa kazi wapate kazi. Nyinyi mnanielewa, vijana mpo? Mimi nataka mnisikize vizuri vijana wa salama," said DP Ruto.
DP Ruto has also said that the function of the government is to provide jobs for the youth and it is not something they should be begged to do. They should come up with the necessary measures and strategies that will ensure the youth get employment opportunities.
