Radio Maisha presenter Billy Miya has found himself at longer head with Kenyans who have faulted him for announcing about a job that would pay them on daily basis. It is facts that most Kenyans are currently jobless and they are looking for job to do but they have refused to be used and be paid money that they think can't cater for all their needs.[Photo Courtesy]
For the case of Billy Miya, he had posted about a job in South B which entails packaging of products which will see the employee walk home with a minimum amount of KSH.400 per day.
However, he didn't specify on what exactly the worker will be packaging nor the working time. Most Kenyans claim that they have been used by Indians who owns big companies in the country. Therefore, they can't risk going to work where they don't know the terms and conditions.[Photo Courtesy]
Additionally, Kenyans wonder what is KSH.400 daily with the current situation in the country. They claim that even a person working at a construction site in the village does not receive such kind of money daily.
They argued that in South B they will have to pay for a house and buy everything unlike back in the village where they will enjoy free housing and cheap food. Meanwhile,do you think KSH.400 daily is enough for a person working within Nairobi? Share with us your comments, likes and follow this page.
