Living in Nairobi with this economy is so hard and that is why several women have decided to do 'night jobs'. Mary( not her real name) reveal the problems they have been undergoing ever since Corona virus was reported in Kenya. Speaking to TV47, Mary said that they had to do activities online since curfew didn't allow them to be outside. She went on and said that some clients would steal from them often. According to Mary, clients don't pay the agreed money and if you force them, they threaten to expose you. Mary went ahead and said that some may even deny you the whole salary. Mary revealed that the clients may go ahead and download your 'content' and they refuse to pay you totally. Some even threaten to report you to a police station something which many ladies are afraid of. Mary also said that some may even expose you on social media and it becomes so embarrassing when people who know you react to it. According to Mary, they are even afraid of providing online services due to blackmails, being denied salary and fear of being exposed.
