Many university graduates have failed to secure employment after graduating because they don't meet relevant requirements during interviews.
For bachelor of education graduates the following are TSC requirements that you must have to secure employment;-
1.You must have scored a minimum of C+ in KCSE and scored more than C+ in two teaching subjects.
2.You must be a Kenyan citizen of not more than 45
3.You must have graduated from a certified university and have persued bachelor of education arts or science course .
4.You must have done all the core units in the units you specialised hence students are advised to be careful when they are university, they don't have to do only selective units.
5.You have to register yourself with TSC and have a valid TSC number
6.Always provide original academic documents during interviews as photocopies will not be considered valid.
Youths are encouraged to value integrity during all interviews and stand against forging and corruption.
