They will be required to take a mandatory training which will see them qualify for employment upon completion and passing. According to a Facebook post first updatef by the Kenya police, the standardization course will the a gateway to their promotions.

This course will equip them with knowledge on how to relate with the people and how to handle people who fail to comply with the rules. They will also be forced to educate the people on the importance of paying taxes as well as on government sources of revenue and expenditure.
