" I Rejected a Job Offered by UDA MP" Azimio Die-hard Says, Claims he Can't Work in a Village

UDA member of parliament Hon Peter Salasya has always been at the frontline when it comes to helping kenyans secure food, employment, scholarships and many more.

However as relayed by Tuko.co.ke, Raila Odinga's man seems unconvinced by a job offered by Peter Salasya and therefore thought rejected it was a good move.

Odinga's diehard supporter Nuru Okanga allegedly turned down a job offered to him by Peter Salasya claiming he can't work in Mumias Sugar Company.

According to Nuru Okanga, Mumias Sugar Company is situated in a village and therefore he can't continue to stay in a village when there are cities.

Okanga therefore wants a job situated in Nairobi on contractual agreement which entails advertising for bigger companies instead of staying overnight working at Mumias Sugar Company.

" Peter Salasya found me a job at Mumias Sugar Company but I declined it. I don't want to settle in the village. If I decide to settle here, I will be forgotten. I want to return to Nairobi or I would accept to want my image and sound to be used in advertising for Mumias because I am well known. Advertising on behalf of companies is more lucrative," Okanga said", he said.

His statement comes off few days after claiming his life is in danger for allegedly backing Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition leader Raila Odinga in previous elections and still rallying behind him.

Ideally, a job is a job and it is arguably unconvincing that Nuru Okanga turned down a lifetime job that majority of Kenyans are yawning for.
