Paul Rono is clear that the government is doing some contracts from the donor funds something that cannot wait. He is firm that the water challenge has been immense in Eldoret yet it's the contactor who has failed in their job.
PS Rono has made it clear that he doesn't want to be fired by president William Ruto over the issue of water in Eldoret. He is clear that the contractor has failed in his job for he has not started his work since the project was awarded.
PS Rono has made it clear that he is going to camp in Eldoret Town to ensure the contractor is chased away for letting government down. Whether other lazy road contractors will be punished, let's wait and see.
