A Teacher Seeking a Job Promotion Should Meet These Requirements

A teacher seeking a job promotion should meet these requirements.

Teaching is one of the noble jobs, with many employees, so as to cater to the population of Kenya children. Nevertheless, as people teach for several years they gain experience and thus promotion from one job to another is necessary. For a teacher who is absorbed by Teacher Service Commission (TSC), he starts with job group K then after three years of teaching the teacher is promoted to job group L.

For the teacher to be promoted to another job group such as M, N, O, P and Q, a teacher needs an interview and appraisal from the TSC so as to proceed to these job groups. There are very competitive. Besides, these are the requirement required for the interview in job promotion; good conduct, clearance from Kra, clearance from HELB, clearance from credit reference bureau certificate, academics certificates, co-curriculum certificates, TPADs appraisals, and clearance from EACC, and certificate of teacher registration from TSC.

With the above documents be ready to go for an interview and you’ll succeed.
