Days rarely pass without the Mp sharing photos online of a completed school or a road under construction/cabro paving.
Just recently the Mp shared photos of a completed Maweni Primary School which was under renovation and today he has suprised 123 students of Mohammed Ali Girls' Secondary School by issuing a cheque of Ksh 492000.
"As promised, earlier today i paid a visit at Mohamed Ali Girls' Secondary School in Mla Leo and presented a cheque of Ksh 492,000 as school fees for the entire 123 students. Elimu ndio Nguzo. Nyali iko Love" the Mp wrote.
This amount means that all their school fees has been paid, therefore, it is upto the students to avail themselves in class.
With the hard economic times brought by the pandemic, parents at this school are a happy lot because they will only be required to buy education paraphernalia without minding school fees.
The school was built from scratch by Nyali National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF). It is very beautiful.
This action by Hon Ali has been praised by netizens online who wondered how their members of parliament utilize their NG-CDF that they do not see their progress.
Below are screenshots of some of the praises.
