Every job assignment is subject to evaluation after some time. Performance is ranked into below expectations, average, meet expectations, exceed, outstanding among other parameters. Cabinet secretaries are not an exemption. They are also evaluated after a certain period.
The Public Service Performance Management and Monitoring Unit (PSPMMU) completed the most recent evaluation on Uhuru Kenyatta's cabinet. The results are out and the Ministers are placed in their rightful position. We have the best performing and the one performing poorly.
The ministry doing poorly is the Agriculture, livestock and fisheries led by CS Peter Munya. This CS has been active in politics. He wants to inherit president Uhuru Kenyatta as Mt Kenya kingpin. He was against the coronation of speaker Justin Muturi. He said his experience in politics is unmatched and therefore he should be the region's leader.
