Dr. Elizabeth Muli has been the talk in town on how she managed to lead a vigorous 12 day exercise to interview the applicants who are set to replace the four IEBC Commissioners who resigned.
Muli, is a holder of Doctor of Science of the Law (JSD) from Stanford University Law School in the USA graduated from the University of Nairobi in 1992 with a Bachelor of Laws. She is also a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom in 1997. She began her career as a lecturer at Moi University in 1999 as Acting Head of Clinicals and Externships Department and left on 2002.
As an advocate of the High Court, Muli is has lectured at University of Nairobi for 13 years and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Nairobi School of Law and leads the department of Commercial Law. She also played a key role in the establishment of the Moi University Legal Aid Clinic where she designed the clinical curriculum for students working in the clinics.
