Getting jobs in Kenya is very difficult owing to the many graduates who are looking for any employment opportunities available.Besides that,the number of vacancies are not equivalent to the number of those seeking for these jobs.The government has been in the frontline in creating jobs for the youths.Unfortunately,Covid 19 Pandemic has taken the government back to the drawing board after many people remaining jobless.This has been orchestrated by the closure of some companies that used to be sources of livelihoods for some Kenyans.
During the KDF recruitments,many form four graduates do turn up for this job since it doesn't require much education for the lowest level of the recruits.However,even those who meet university qualifications of at least C+ do try their luck in the recruitments.
The Ministry of Defence has brought some joy to the youths by announcing recruitments for ordinary Kenyans under the 'Civilian Staff'.The jobs range from plumbing,welding all the way to clerical office jobs.This will see some ordinary Kenyans with the minimum requirements try their luck and become successful.The applications should be online before 3rd May as indicated in the advert below:
