Everton and Wolves go head to head at Goodison Park in what is expected to be an interesting Premier League game. The Toffees have been struggling in front of goal of late, with the team scoring only one goal in total in the previous three league fixtures. As a result, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops have slim chances of securing a top-seven finish. The hope, though, dies last, and we are positive that Everton will go all guns blazing at Wolverhampton.
Fit-again midfielder James Rodriguez should keep his place in the starting XI, while Jerry Mina should be fit to face the Wolves. Nuno Espirito Santo’s troops, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 2-0 loss to Tottenham, and given their anything but good away record, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the Toffees. All Jimenez, Jonny, and Neto remain in the recovery room, while Marcal and Boly are rated doubtful for the game.
St. James’ Park will host Wednesday’s football game between Newcastle United and Sheffield United, the two teams who sit in the bottom half of the table. The Magpies did well to secure the Premier League survival, while the Blades will compete in the Championship next season. Newcastle suffered a 4-3 loss to Man City in their last league match, but seeing that they have been impressive in front of goal of late, home win should definitely be considered.
Sheffield United, on the other hand, did well to shock Everton at Goodison Park, with teenager Daniel Jebbison scoring the only goal of the match. Since the Blades aim to finish the season in style as well, we believe that there is a big value in betting on over 2.5 goals. All Anderson, Darlow, Fraser, Hayden, Lascelles, and Wilson are sidelined with injuries for the hosts, while Ampadu, Burke, McBurnie, O’Connell, and Sharp are out of contention for the visiting team.
