FORTALEZA VS INTERNACIONAL.
Fortaleza began the new season with a fine 1-2 success at Atletico Mineiro last weekend and Juan Pablo Vojvoda’s side could well hold last term’s runners-up Internacional to a draw this Sunday.
The visitors are favourites to take the points here, though they could only manage a 2-2 draw at home to Sport Recife on the opening day, while they’ve lost on two of their last three visits to Estadio Castelao.
Fortaleza should be brimming with confidence coming into this after beating last season’s third placed side in their first fixture, and it’s worth remembering that Leao do Pici won three of their last four home matches in the previous campaign.
We’re disinclined to oppose Internacional completely for this clash after they returned to winning ways against Vitoria (0-1) in the Copa do Brasil on Thursday and they’re a quality outfit who are likely to be challenging towards the head of affairs again this term.
Prediction:Both teams to score.
PLAZA COLONIA VS NACIONAL(URU).
Both teams will have fully fit squads in today's meeting and I expect to see an entertaining match although Nacional will have a slight edge.
Prediction:Nacional to win.
BLACK LEOPARDS VS BLOMFONTEIN CELTIC.
The hosts have won nine matches out of fourteen matches played between the two teams, lost twice with three draws in their last fourteen matches.
Prediction:Black leopards to win.
