BREST VS LENS.
Brest played out a 1-1 draw at home to Nimes last weekend and remain 6pts above the relegation places with six games left to play. Lens thrashed Lorient 4-1 at home in their last match and currently sit 5th in the Ligue 1 table.
Lens claimed a 2-1 win when they played host to Brest in December and we’re expecting a similarly close and competitive game when the two sides lock horns this weekend. Both teams have now scored in five of the last seven meetings between these two clubs and we’re expecting more of the same on Sunday.
Three of Brest’s last six outings have ended with both teams scoring while each of Lens’ last six fixtures have produced goals at both ends of the pitch, adding further weight to our prediction for both teams to score on Sunday. Lens have form in their favour this weekend, winning three of their last five league games, while Brest are without a win in their last five fixtures.
Prediction:Lens to win.
CHELSEA VS MANCHESTER CITY.
Chelsea have won two matches, lost three matches with two draws in their last seven matches between themselves.
Prediction:Both teams to score with over 2.5goals.
