Nairobi is the land of opportunities and those who live or work there know this better. Kenya has more than 4 million cars and Nairobi alone has a gigantic figure. NTSA registers more than 7000 vehicles daily and 100,000 cars per year in Nairobi plus the figures grow by the day.
It is safe to say that Nairobi like most cities has a bulk of the total population of cars in Kenya. The city is full of all types of vehicles ranging from trucks, pickups, buses and private vehicles. The city has good roads and facilities that can accommodate all the vehicles.
The fertile infrastructure of Nairobi city attracts many car buyers that live in the city and beyond. Whereas many people buy any cars for business or personal uses some buy cars for the love of it. Wealthy Kenyans invest heavily in their rides and for the ordinary Kenyan buying, such a car will leave a huge dent in their pockets. Kenya is among the largest consumers of quality cars in Africa, this means it is also easier to access the best cars in the world.
Furthermore, Nairobi is the home to government officials who enjoy huge salaries and car allowances from the government. Rich businessmen are also situated in Nairobi and will spend the coin to get the car of their choice. Some of the most reputable car brands in Kenya are mostly found in Nairobi.
