Toyota Passo is a subcompact hatchback with five seats that is made by Daihatsu in Japan. As a forerunner to the Daihatsu boon, manufacture of the most recent model, the third generation, began in April 2016.
According to Daihatsu, the word passo, which means "step," is derived from the English word pass and was inspired by the noise that Japanese kids make when they imitate the sound of an automobile. Toyota claims that the moniker evokes thoughts of a relaxed and friendly vehicle.
The 1000cc and 1300cc Continuous Variable Transmission engines are available in front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions for the Toyota Passo.
Kenyans frequently use the Toyota Passo because of its affordable fuel usage of 26.7 kilometers per liter as opposed to similar-sized vehicles like the Toyota Ractis and Nissan Note are also available. The Toyota Passo offers reasonable maintenance costs and inexpensively priced replacement parts on the market right now.
