The first Electric car In East Africa arrived in Kenya few weeks ago. The first man to buy Tesla model X in Kenya is named Mr. Patel. Mr Patel imported the car from London where Tesla company is located. The Tesla company is owned by Elon Musk. Mr Patel acknowledged to have parted with a whopping 20 million Kenyan shillings to acquire the car. Although the car is very expensive, it is worth it considering it's new amazing features. Tesla model X has an high acceleration meaning it's very first as compared to other cars. Besides that, Tesla model X car is fitted with very sharp breaks that can stop the car instantly. Additionally, the car has the best suspension ever. It also has an awesome interior design and it's fitted with beautiful leather seats.
Tesla model X is fitted with a modern dashboard where everything about the car is controlled. The car is able to detect another car, person or object a few meters away. Apart from alerting you through the dashboard about the imminent danger, the car can stop automatically to avoid the danger. This feature is very critical in reducing road accidents. Moreover, the car alerts you when tires don't have enough pressure.
Tesla model X is only fitted with rechargeable battery and no engine at all. The car is charged normal by an ordinary charger. It takes about 10 hours for the battery to get fully charged. However, it has another special three phase charger which takes only 3 hours to fully charge the battery. The car can move about 450 kilometers per single electric charge. The challenge is about charging stations and the long charging hours.
