There have been scenes of surprise as road users spotted a huge camel being transported on a pickup along Mombasa road. The pick up was coming from City Cabanas and took the diversion into Enterprise road towards the Industrial area.
I managed to capture close-range photos of the camel from the vehicle I was in which was just behind the pickup.
The travellers in the vehicle I was in were surprised at how such a huge animal entered into the pickup. Remember an average camel ranges between 10 to 11 feet in length and 5 to 6 feet tall. It also weighs up to 1000 pounds.
This comes barely a week after another camel was spotted being transported in a pro ox that equally raised eyebrows on how it got into the probox.
