What You Should Know About The Toyota Axio

The Corolla Axio, according to Toyota, has been the best-selling saloon in the world since the 1960s. The Axio has been well received in the global automobile market since it was first produced in 1966. It has an engine range of 1329 to 1798cc, a maximum power of 144ps, and seating for five.

The Corolla sedan, as it was then called, had a complete model change in October 2006 as part of a subsequent manufacturing and update, leaving out the Corolla spacio and Run X wagon models.

Manufacturers claim that the primary goal of creating the Axio was to create a medium-sized car that was practical and simple to drive, in contrast to the Premio and Allion models.

The 2013 model has greatly reduced in weight from the 2008 model, which had a maximum weight of 1415kg, and now weighs a maximum of 1325kg, making it one of the lightest in its class.

The Axio is fast with an average consumption of 16 to 23 km/l depending on engine sizes because it is the lightest, which gives it a "unique" quality. The Axio is well-liked, especially in Kenya. On Kenyan roads, the 2008 Axio, which starts at KSH 980,000 for a foreign-used model, is particularly prevalent. The following 2013 model is offered as an alternative and is priced from KSH 1.4 million to KSH 1.68 million.
