Death indeed is something else, it comes without knocking and never spare rich or poor. But too is bound to happen, for the Bible in Genesis 3:19 it say, by the sweats of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust and to you shall return.
It is indeed painful and sad as the Chief Justice David Maraga and legal fraternity has been thrown into deep mourning following the death of a nominee judge of Employment and Labor Relations Court Harrison Ogweno Okeche who died from in a road accident following the injuries he get. And this was announced by the chief Justice Maraga and he wrote,
“It is with great sadness that I have learnt of the demise of Mr. Harrison Ogweno Okeche, a long-standing legal practitioner who was waiting to join the judiciary as a judge of the Employment and Labour relations court. On behalf of the Judicial Service Commission, the Judiciary, my family and on my behalf, I wish to express our heartfelt condolences to his family and the legal fraternity for this terrible loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time."
