European unions is useless they should stop wasting our time whow can they meet museveni after he blocked ,opposition for going to court this amounted to interfering with ellections process,they only destroy prosperus countries like Iraq Libya to steal ,and pretend to champion human right bure kabisa,they can't interface with poor countries and let dictortaship be the law
